Strategic Account Manager – Tech & Digital Marketing

About the role

As a Strategic Account Manager at TRKKN, you will work closely with leading brands to accelerate their digital transformation using Google Cloud and the Google Marketing Platform. You will act as the primary liaison between clients and our high‑performing teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time and exceed expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of key accounts across the DACH region, building strong, long‑term relationships.
• Drive commercial growth by identifying upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Oversee project execution, monitor timelines, and guarantee client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design solutions that address client challenges.
• Conduct regular business reviews, develop strategic roadmaps, and propose initiatives to increase digital maturity.
• Provide clients with progress updates and proactively resolve any issues.
• Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to deliver relevant advice.

Required profile

• Proven experience in account management within the tech or digital‑marketing sector.
• Track record of delivering exceptional client service and achieving revenue targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English and German (C1).
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Self‑starter attitude with a drive for continuous improvement.
• Willingness to travel up to 15 % within the DACH region.
