Student Counsellor – International Education (Nairobi)

About the role

We are expanding our Nairobi team and need a dedicated professional to guide prospective students from their first enquiry through to boarding the plane. You will work with a network of 70+ partner universities worldwide, helping students choose the right study destination and supporting their application journey.

Key responsibilities

• Advise students on study destinations, courses and university options.
• Manage applications from initial enquiry through admission.
• Support students with visa documentation and pre‑departure preparation.
• Represent the organization at education fairs, school visits and information sessions.
• Build relationships with schools, colleges and student communities across Nairobi.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as a study‑abroad or overseas education counsellor, or in university admissions, student services or education sales.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Currently based in Nairobi.
• Familiarity with UK, Europe, Canada or Australia admissions and visa processes (advantageous).
• Confidence presenting to groups such as students, parents and school partners.
