Supply Chain Operations Executive

About the role

The Supply Chain Operations Executive will ensure smooth execution of supply plans, coordinate with suppliers and contract manufacturers, and maintain inventory accuracy for a fast‑moving consumer goods environment.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and monitor supply plans, escalating risks when needed.
• Coordinate timely deliveries with suppliers and manage contract‑manufacturing schedules.
• Track and control inventory levels to avoid stock‑outs and ensure material availability.
• Reconcile stock records, resolve variances and support audit activities.
• Enter and maintain accurate data in ERP systems, including production plans and goods receipt notes.
• Monitor supplier performance, pricing and cost‑saving opportunities.
• Drive process compliance and continuous improvement across the supply chain.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, Engineering or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in supply chain operations, procurement or materials management, preferably in FMCG, food & beverage or manufacturing.
• Experience with contract manufacturing and strong analytical, coordination and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, D365, Dynamics, NetSuite, Sage).
• Advanced Excel.
