About the role

Flowmingo is seeking motivated HR professionals, recruiters, or consultants to join its Partner Program as Talent Acquisition Business Partners. This flexible, commission‑only role lets you leverage your existing network to introduce Flowmingo’s AI‑powered interview platform to hiring teams.

Key responsibilities

• Introduce the Flowmingo platform to HR, recruiting, and decision‑making contacts in your network.
• Facilitate conversations that help prospects understand how Flowmingo fits into their hiring workflow.
• Gather and share feedback to help improve the product.
• Earn commissions for each successful client referral and receive bonuses for onboarding your own organization.

Required profile

• Current or former HR professional, recruiter, or talent acquisition consultant.
• Active, well‑maintained network of HR and recruiting contacts.
• Self‑starter with a passion for recommending tools that add real value.
• Comfortable working independently with no fixed hours or quotas.
