About the role

Flowmingo is seeking motivated HR professionals, recruiters, or consultants to join its Partner Program as Talent Acquisition Business Partners. This flexible, commission‑only role lets you leverage your existing network to introduce an AI‑powered interview platform to hiring teams.

Key responsibilities

• Introduce Flowmingo’s platform to HR, recruiting, and hiring decision‑makers in your network.
• Explain how the solution integrates into existing hiring workflows and supports fair, efficient talent selection.
• Gather and relay user feedback to help improve the product.
• Earn commissions for each successful referral and receive bonuses for onboarding your own organization.

Required profile

• Current or former HR professional, recruiter, or talent acquisition consultant.
• Active network of HR and recruiting contacts.
• Self‑starter with a passion for recommending tools that add real value.
