About the role

We are looking for motivated Talent Acquisition Business Partners to join Flowmingo’s Partner Program. In this flexible, commission‑only role you will introduce our AI‑powered interview platform to HR professionals, recruiters and hiring managers in your network, helping them improve hiring speed and fairness.

Key responsibilities

• Share Flowmingo with your professional network of HR and recruiting contacts.
• Explain how the platform integrates into existing hiring workflows.
• Gather feedback from new users to inform product improvements.
• Earn commissions for every successful client referral and receive a bonus when onboarding your own organization.

Required profile

• Current or former HR professional, recruiter or consulting experience.
• Active network of hiring decision‑makers.
• Self‑starter with strong communication skills.
• Interest in flexible, high‑reward opportunities.
