About the role

Flowmingo is seeking motivated Talent Acquisition Business Partners to expand the reach of its AI‑powered interview platform. This flexible, commission‑only position allows you to leverage your existing HR and recruiting network to introduce Flowmingo to new users and earn rewards for successful referrals.

Key responsibilities

• Introduce Flowmingo’s free and premium hiring solutions to HR professionals, recruiters, and decision‑makers in your network.
• Facilitate conversations that help prospects understand how the platform fits into their hiring workflow.
• Gather and share feedback on product experience to support continuous improvement.
• Earn commissions for each qualified referral and receive bonuses for onboarding your own organization.

Required profile

• Current or former HR professional, recruiter, or talent‑acquisition consultant with an active network.
• Self‑starter who enjoys recommending tools that add real value.
• Comfortable working independently with no fixed hours or quotas.
