About the role

CloudPlexo is seeking a driven Talent Acquisition Partner to own end‑to‑end recruitment for technical and consulting positions. You will play a pivotal role in attracting top talent that aligns with the company’s culture and the demanding standards of its global client base.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for both technical and non‑technical roles, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, talent communities, and employee referrals.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, craft accurate job descriptions, and set realistic timelines.
• Deliver a seamless candidate experience, conducting competency‑based interviews and coordinating technical assessments.
• Collaborate with department heads and HR to understand workforce planning and advise on market trends and salary benchmarks.
• Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives by ensuring diverse candidate slates.
• Represent CloudPlexo at career fairs, university events, and industry conferences to strengthen employer branding.
• Track recruitment metrics (time‑to‑fill, cost‑per‑hire, offer acceptance) and continuously improve processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment, preferably within IT consulting or technology services.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work quickly in a competitive talent market while maintaining high quality standards.
• Commitment to diversity and inclusive hiring practices.
