About the role
World Animal Protection is seeking a Talent Mobility and Acquisition Lead to design and embed talent acquisition and internal mobility approaches across its global People function. The role combines strategic thinking with hands‑on implementation to ensure the organisation can access the right skills at the right time.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement consistent, equitable, high‑quality talent acquisition and internal mobility processes.
- Strengthen recruitment tools, governance and candidate experience to support fair hiring decisions.
- Develop practical methods to identify skills and match talent to roles, projects and internal opportunities.
- Analyse recruitment, mobility and workforce data to spot trends, skills gaps and talent risks.
- Support global resourcing and mobility in partnership with People, Legal, Finance and other stakeholders.
- Build capability within the People function through clear processes, guidance, tools and coaching, and gradually transfer operational ownership.
Required profile
- Experience in talent acquisition and/or talent mobility within a complex or international organisation.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, candidate experience and selection approaches.
- Proven ability to design and implement talent processes and systems.
- Experience using data and analytics to support workforce planning and decision‑making.
- Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, organisational and project‑management skills.
