About the role
The school is seeking a dedicated teacher to deliver IGCSE and A‑Level Chemistry, Biology and Psychology. This full‑time position is based at Harton Grange Academy in Westlands, Nairobi, and focuses on the British International Curriculum.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and teach IGCSE and A‑Level Chemistry, Biology and Psychology classes.
- Implement the British International Curriculum and assess student progress.
Required profile
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or equivalent degree.
- Minimum two years’ experience teaching the British International Curriculum.
- Registration with the Teachers Service Commission (TSC).
- Ability to foster a collaborative and supportive learning environment.
- Familiarity with modern, 21st‑century pedagogical practices.
- Professionalism, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong planning and organisational abilities.
- Willingness to lead at least one co‑curricular activity.
