Technical Operator – Production & Quality Control

About the role

The Technical Operator will work on the production floor to ensure safe and efficient operation of the process area. You will be responsible for executing quality checks, maintaining equipment, and protecting company assets and inventory.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the process area according to detailed work instructions.
• Perform destructive and non‑destructive quality inspections.
• Carry out autonomous maintenance tasks on equipment.
• Support stock management and control procedures to minimise risk, fraud and losses.
• Collaborate with the quality control team to uphold product standards.

Required profile

• Experience in a technical or production environment.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures accurately.
• Strong focus on quality control activities.
• Commitment to safeguarding assets and adhering to inventory controls.
