• Maintain a view of the East African market, including lender segments, regulation, credit bureaus, mobile‑money infrastructure and competitors.

Required profile

• 4‑7 years of experience in product management, solutions engineering, implementation or technical business analysis, preferably with banks, MFIs or fintechs in East Africa.
• Comfortable spending extended periods on client premises and fluent in English; Swahili is a strong plus.

• Hands‑on experience with core banking or loan‑management systems used by East African lenders.
• Understanding of lending data such as repayment schedules, arrears, CRB reports and mobile‑money statements.
