Technical Recruiter – AI‑Powered Hiring Platform (Remote)

About the role

This position is responsible for developing and refining an AI‑driven recruitment tool called Zara. The role blends deep technical expertise in machine learning with talent acquisition knowledge to automate sourcing, screening, and engagement of candidates worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimise machine‑learning models that boost candidate‑matching accuracy.
• Build and maintain backend infrastructure for natural‑language processing of resumes and job descriptions.
• Integrate Zara with applicant‑tracking systems, HR databases, and external job platforms via RESTful APIs.
• Collaborate with data scientists and product teams to curate training datasets and evaluate model performance.
• Ensure compliance with privacy regulations and uphold ethical AI standards throughout recruitment workflows.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Python development and machine‑learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Strong background in natural‑language processing using libraries like spaCy or Hugging Face.
• Hands‑on experience deploying scalable AI systems in production environments.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerisation tools (Docker).
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, RESTful APIs, micro‑services architecture, and ETL pipelines.
