Technical Recruiter – AI‑Powered Hiring Platform (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Recruiter to lead the development of Zara, an AI‑driven recruitment tool that automates sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement. This remote, full‑time position blends deep machine‑learning expertise with talent‑acquisition strategy to deliver scalable hiring solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and fine‑tune machine‑learning models to boost candidate matching accuracy.
• Build and maintain backend infrastructure for natural‑language processing of resumes and job descriptions.
• Integrate Zara with ATS, HR databases, and external job platforms via RESTful APIs.
• Collaborate with data scientists and product teams to curate training datasets and monitor model performance.
• Ensure compliance with privacy laws and ethical AI standards throughout recruitment workflows.

Required profile

• Strong experience in Python and machine‑learning frameworks (TensorFlow or PyTorch).
• Proven background in natural‑language processing using libraries such as spaCy or Hugging Face.
• Hands‑on experience deploying scalable AI systems in production environments.
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker).
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, ETL pipelines, and microservices architecture.
