Technical Sales Executive – ICU Division

About the role

The Technical Sales Executive – ICU Division will drive revenue growth by promoting advanced medical technology solutions for Intensive Care Units. You will work directly with ICU physicians, nurses, biomedical engineers and procurement teams to understand clinical needs and position the company’s products as essential solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business through prospecting and cold‑calling within hospitals and healthcare facilities.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of ICU‑related sales opportunities.
• Identify high‑potential institutions for product placement and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations in ICU settings, translating technical features into clinical benefits.
• Provide technical support during product trials, evaluations and user training.
• Maintain customer satisfaction, drive repeat business and identify upselling or cross‑selling opportunities.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends, feeding insights back to the sales team.
• Record sales activities and pipeline updates in CRM systems and prepare regular reports.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Medical Technology or a related medical field.
• Registered Nurse with ICU experience is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in technical or medical sales, preferably within ICU or critical‑care environments.
