Technical Sales Manager – Animal Nutrition (Kenya/East Africa)

About the role

We are seeking a commercially driven Technical Sales Manager with strong animal nutrition knowledge to lead and grow our business across Kenya and East Africa. The role focuses on B2B sales, key account management, and developing distributor partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and grow animal nutrition sales across Kenya and selected East African markets.
• Develop and execute annual sales plans and a 3–5 year regional business plan.
• Manage and grow key accounts while developing direct customers and distributor partnerships.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities, markets, and strategic partnerships.
• Drive sales across premixes, additives, advanced feed materials, and feed solutions.
• Maintain a strong Salesforce pipeline and ensure accurate sales forecasting and reporting.

Required profile

• Experience in animal nutrition, feed, additives, premixes, ingredients, or a related industry.
• Proven B2B sales and business development experience.
• Experience managing key accounts and/or distributors.
• Understanding of the animal nutrition market in Kenya and/or East Africa.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, international, matrix environment.
