Sales Executive – Natural Skincare Brand

About the role

Herbella Organics is seeking motivated Sales Executives to drive growth of its natural skincare and wellness products across Kenya. You will build relationships, identify opportunities, and represent the brand at events.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
• Manage sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.
• Prepare regular sales reports for management.
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
• Collaborate with marketing to create sales materials and campaigns.

Required profile

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field.
• Minimum 2 years sales experience, preferably in skincare, beauty or wellness.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for natural skincare and wellness products.
• Willingness to travel within Kenya as needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using CRM software.
