Telehealth Nurse – Mombasa

About the role

The Nurse will deliver telehealth consultations, manage patient triage, provide virtual care advice, and coordinate follow‑ups for patients in Mombasa.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, obtain medical histories, and monitor vital signs.
  • Triage patients, identify clinical red flags, and escalate cases requiring urgent or in‑person care.
  • Perform nursing procedures such as wound care, injections, and sample collection where applicable.
  • Provide health education, counselling, and tailored nursing care to patients.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential patient records on digital healthcare platforms.
  • Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care.
  • Adhere to clinical protocols, nursing standards, patient‑safety requirements, and telehealth best practices.

Required profile

  • Relevant nursing qualification from a recognised institution.
  • Registered Nurse with a valid Nursing Council of Kenya practising licence.
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience.
