Telesales Agent – Generate Qualified Appointments

About the role

We are a fast‑growing international business that supports coaches, consultants and service providers in scaling their operations. We are looking for confident, energetic and highly motivated Telesales Agents to join our team and generate qualified appointments for our senior sales staff.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and re‑engage previous enquiries.
• Qualify prospects using company criteria and book appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
• Meet daily, weekly and monthly activity targets.
• Communicate professionally with English‑speaking clients.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Previous experience in telesales, appointment‑setting, customer service or call centre preferred.
• Confident phone communication and strong persuasion abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work independently.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet working environment if working remotely.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM systems.
