Territory Manager – CO/UT

About the role

Cynosure is seeking a motivated Territory Manager to generate prospecting leads for its medical aesthetics portfolio across Colorado and Utah. You will act as the front‑line link between the company and healthcare practitioners, helping to grow market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new sales leads within the assigned territory.
• Support sales professionals in achieving territory sales objectives.
• Maintain regular communication with the manager, reporting market developments, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Represent Cynosure at workshops, trade shows, and industry events showcasing product lines.
• Deliver the company’s “Exceptional Everyday” service standards to customers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Science preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in medical or aesthetic devices.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
