Tours Intern – Travel Operations Internship

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Tours Intern to join our travel team in Nairobi. The four‑month internship runs from July to October 2026 and offers hands‑on experience in planning and delivering group travel for corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design and prepare itineraries for international group travel.
• Assist with visa applications and processing for corporate groups.
• Coordinate accommodation bookings, airport transfers and ground transportation.
• Support flight reservation, ticketing and preparation of travel packs.
• Maintain travel schedules, supplier confirmations and client communications.
• Provide on‑site support during group departures and arrivals.
• Conduct destination research and contribute to travel planning.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Tourism Management, Travel & Tours Operations, or a related field.
• Recent graduate or final‑year student ready to start a professional career.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Passion for travel, tourism and customer service.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
