Tours & Ticketing Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Tours & Ticketing Consultant to join our team in Westlands, Nairobi. You will be the primary point of contact for local and international travelers, helping them plan and book seamless travel experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media.
• Prepare quotations and customized itineraries for travel packages.
• Book domestic and international flights, hotels, transfers, and activities.
• Process ticket reissues, refunds, and itinerary changes as needed.
• Assist clients with visa applications and required travel documentation.
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other travel suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow up on quotations and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Maintain accurate booking records and provide timely communication throughout the travel journey.
• Achieve monthly sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.

Required profile

• Minimum 24 months of experience in travel, tourism, or ticketing services.
• Mid‑level professional with strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales objectives.
