About the role
Demulla, a leading micro‑lending institution, is seeking a Training Officer to drive employee development and support the growth of its team. The role focuses on designing, delivering and evaluating training programs that enhance staff capabilities.
Key responsibilities
- Design and facilitate training sessions for employees across the organization.
- Plan, coordinate and report on training activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Assess training needs and develop appropriate learning materials.
Required profile
- Diploma or degree in Education, Human Resources or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in engaging and working with teams.
