Volunteer Trustee for Winners Group Initiative UK Charity

About the role

Winners Group Initiative is seeking enthusiastic and committed volunteers to join its Board of Trustees. The trustees will help establish and oversee a UK‑based charity office, ensuring the organisation delivers on its mission to empower communities through education, health, advocacy and environmental stewardship.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in setting up the UK Winners Group Initiative charity and office.
• Oversee charitable operations, ensuring alignment with strategic aims and legal requirements.
• Participate in four in‑person board meetings per year and remote sessions, contributing approximately six hours per month.
• Support the Community‑Based Organisation (C.B.O.) by shifting power to local communities.
• Develop corporate networks, partnerships, and opportunities for vocational training and entrepreneurship.

Required profile

• Passion for community empowerment and the charity’s mission.
• Experience in corporate networking, partnership development, HR, technical vocational training, or entrepreneurship/business skills training.
• Based in the United Kingdom and able to attend board meetings remotely.
