About the role

Peponi's is looking for a friendly and attentive Waiter to join its team in Nairobi. This full‑time, on‑site position involves greeting guests, taking orders and ensuring a smooth dining experience in a lively restaurant that serves contemporary Neapolitan‑style pizza.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, present menus and answer questions about the menu.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen.
• Serve dishes and drinks promptly, checking in with guests to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including setting and clearing tables.
• Collaborate closely with kitchen staff to coordinate service flow.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns in a courteous manner.
• Support food safety standards and promote the restaurant’s offerings.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Experience or knowledge of food & beverage service.
• Basic interest in cooking to discuss menu items.
