Key responsibilities

• Greet and engage each guest, ensuring a friendly first impression.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to Slug & Lettuce standards.
• Make menu and drink recommendations that enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well‑presented dining environment.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
