Warehouse Documentation Specialist

About the role

KEDA Ceramics is looking for a detail‑oriented Warehouse Documentation Specialist to ensure accurate recording of all inbound and outbound movements in its carton warehouse. The role supports real‑time inventory updates, stock reconciliation and maintains proper documentation control in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Update the system and physical records for all inbound and outbound materials promptly.
• Maintain tracking logs for belts, pallets, hardware, timbers and other warehouse assets.
• Prepare daily stock reports, identify deviations, analyse root causes and escalate issues.
• Coordinate waybills, delivery notes and Finished Goods Receipt Notes with issuing and receiving teams.
• Print, verify and review inventory movement documents to ensure consistency between system and physical stock.
• Identify and report discrepancies for corrective action.
• Maintain organized filing and documentation control for all stock movement records.
• Uphold 5S standards and storage hygiene in the assigned area.
• Support stock audits and inventory verification exercises as required.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth documentation flow.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in data management, warehouse operations or logistics documentation.
• Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced operational setting.
