Warehouse Weight Inspector (Non-Finished Products)

About the role

KEDA Ceramics International Ltd is hiring two Warehouse Weight Inspectors to manage accurate weighing, verification, and documentation of all vehicle movements through the West Gate weighbridge for its Expansion Program.

Key responsibilities

• Verify waybills, delivery notes, transfer notes, purchase orders and other relevant documents before processing vehicles.
• Weigh incoming and outgoing vehicles, ensuring correct positioning and accurate recording of gross and tare weights.
• Calculate net weight and confirm that recorded weights match weighbridge tickets and supporting documents.
• Coordinate vehicle and material movements with warehouse, loading teams and security, following approved procedures.
• Report weight differences, missing documents, abnormal readings and suspected material shortages to the Warehouse Manager.
• Maintain accurate weighbridge registers, tickets, vehicle details and daily transaction reports for stock reconciliation and audits.
• Operate weighing equipment safely, report faults promptly and prevent unauthorized access or manipulation of weight records.
• Adhere to company procedures and safety standards while supporting efficient material movement within the Expansion Program.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, procurement, warehouse management, business administration or a related field.
• Previous experience in weighbridge operations, warehouse management and inventory control is an advantage.
