Account Manager

About the role

Fliplet is seeking an Account Manager to own the full commercial relationship for a portfolio of smaller enterprise clients. You will be responsible for driving retention, managing renewals, and delivering clear value to ensure predictable revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts end‑to‑end, acting as the single commercial owner.
• Plan, forecast, and execute renewals on schedule, maintaining a rolling 12‑month renewal forecast.
• Conduct pricing conversations within agreed guardrails and coordinate contracts.
• Build trusted relationships with 2–3 key stakeholders per client, including decision‑makers.
• Monitor account health signals and proactively mitigate churn risks.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Support, and Product teams to align delivery with commercial timelines.
• Maintain accurate records in HubSpot, logging all interactions, risks, and opportunities.

Required profile

• Experience managing enterprise accounts with end‑to‑end ownership.
• Proven ability to meet renewal targets and forecast revenue.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with commercial and decision‑making contacts.
• Analytical mindset to monitor account health and identify expansion opportunities.
• Excellent organisational and follow‑through capabilities.
