Accountant – Finance Leadership in FMCG/Manufacturing

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our finance team in Thika. The role will support the manufacturing and FMCG operations by ensuring accurate financial reporting, budgeting and cost control.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes for the manufacturing division.
- Manage cost accounting, inventory valuation and treasury activities.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll functions.
- Implement and monitor financial controls and risk management frameworks.
Required profile
- Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- CPA(K) or ACCA certification.
- Minimum three years of finance leadership experience in FMCG or manufacturing.
