About the role
Based in Kakamega, Kenya, the Agency Manager will lead the local agency, driving sales targets, recruiting and managing financial advisors, and overseeing overall agency performance.
Key responsibilities
- Drive sales targets for the agency.
- Recruit, train, and manage financial advisors.
- Monitor and improve agency performance.
Required profile
- Minimum 3‑5 years experience in Health Insurance Broker Management.
- A business‑related degree or equivalent experience.
- Diploma in Insurance or COP certification.
