About the role

TaskUs is looking for native or bilingual Swahili speakers to join a high‑impact AI language project. You will create and annotate authentic, grammatically precise text that will be used to train next‑generation AI models.

Key responsibilities

Draft accurate, fluent, and culturally authentic responses for AI prompts following project guidelines.
Complete assignments that consist of a prompt followed by related questions, ensuring native‑speaker phrasing and natural sentence flow.
Review guidelines independently, manage workload, and meet assigned deadlines.

Required profile

Native or near‑native fluency in Swahili and strong written English skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high‑quality, authentic text.
Comfortable using digital platforms, online forms, and web‑based workspace tools.

Required skills

Proficiency with web‑based annotation tools and online collaboration platforms.
Strong time‑management and self‑organization abilities.
