AI, Educational Technology & Digital Growth Intern

About the role

This remote internship offers final‑year students or recent graduates hands‑on experience at the intersection of artificial intelligence, educational technology and digital growth. You will contribute to real projects that improve learning outcomes for students, educators and schools across Kenya.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in designing and developing AI‑powered learning tools and educational resources.
• Create and maintain website content, landing pages and digital assets.
• Support digital marketing campaigns, including SEO and social media outreach.
• Conduct research on instructional design and learning science to inform product development.
• Collaborate with the team on startup operations, entrepreneurship tasks and business system improvements.

Required profile

• Final‑year university student or recent graduate from a Kenyan university.
• Strong interest in AI, EdTech, website development, digital marketing and entrepreneurship.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and take initiative.
• Preferably possesses Mandarin language skills or related coursework.

What we offer

• KSh 32,000 monthly internship salary plus a KSh 5,000 learning & technology allowance.
• Total compensation of KSh 37,000 per month.
• Flexible schedule of 15–20 hours per week, remote work.
