AI Inhouse Consultant – End‑to‑End AI Solutions

About the role

As an AI Inhouse Consultant you will translate real business challenges at TecAlliance into working AI solutions. You will guide projects from the first use‑case discussion through rapid prototyping, validation and hand‑over to production, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own AI use‑cases, delivering measurable outcomes such as reduced manual effort or improved data quality.
• Partner with the Data Science & Machine Learning (DSML) team to build and ship prototypes quickly, often pairing engineers with AI agents.
• Develop, integrate and operate ML and LLM components using Python and the modern ML stack, connecting them to TecAlliance data pipelines.
• Document solutions, evaluations and lessons learned; ensure code is reproducible and production‑ready.
• Experiment with emerging GenAI and agentic approaches, share insights and help scale proven practices across the organisation.

Required profile

• High learning velocity with a bias toward early prototyping and fast validation.
• Deep hands‑on expertise in Python and comfort with scripting in WSL.
• Basic cloud and infrastructure awareness (AWS, Azure or similar).
• Strong academic background in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics or Statistics.
• Continuous professional development in cloud‑native ML and MLOps is a plus.
