Associate Client Manager (Fixed-Term)

About the role

As an Associate Client Manager at NTT DATA you will join the client management and sales team in an entry‑level capacity. You will support the Client Management team in expanding and renewing relationships across assigned accounts while learning the fundamentals of client‑focused selling.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Client Management team in driving expansion and renewals for all solutions within assigned accounts.
• Assist in minimizing churn and maximizing retention by identifying opportunistic high‑value services.
• Help prepare commercial agreements and guide clients through the buying lifecycle.
• Engage with clients to address concerns and propose suitable solutions.
• Identify current client needs and generate demand through digital marketing channels.
• Articulate how NTT DATA’s services add value, with a focus on high‑value solutions.
• Use company sales tools and methodology to manage territory, accounts, pipelines and forecasts.
• Develop open communication channels and become the reliable point of contact for clients.
• Support revenue growth by inspiring clients to procure additional services.
• Assist in implementing governance and compliance policies and monitor financial cost management.

Required profile

• Entry‑level subject matter expert eager to learn and develop sales expertise.
• Strong client‑service orientation with the ability to build enduring relationships.
• Basic understanding of client industries, business environments and strategies.
• Ability to work under supervision, follow guidance and achieve performance targets.
