Associate Client Manager

About the role

NTT DATA is looking for an Associate Client Manager to support its Client Management team. In this entry‑level position you will help grow and retain relationships across assigned accounts, learning how to identify client needs and propose solutions that align with the company’s portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Client Management team in expanding and renewing solutions within assigned foundational accounts.
• Assist in minimizing churn and maximizing retention by uncovering new opportunities.
• Help drive client satisfaction throughout the buying lifecycle, including preparation of commercial agreements.
• Engage with clients to address concerns and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Identify client needs and generate demand through digital marketing channels.
• Articulate the value of NTT DATA services and product offerings.
• Use sales tools and methodology to manage territory, accounts, pipelines and forecasts.
• Maintain open communication channels with each client and inspire additional service procurement.
• Support governance, compliance and financial monitoring within the practice area.

Required profile
