Barista

About the role

The Barista will craft high‑quality hot and cold beverages while delivering an excellent customer experience in a fast‑paced café environment. You will be responsible for preparing drinks to exact standards, maintaining a clean workstation, and supporting smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare coffee, tea and other beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Maintain consistency in beverage quality, presentation and portioning.
• Take and process guest orders accurately and efficiently.
• Keep the barista station and equipment clean and hygienic.
• Monitor ingredient levels and report stock requirements promptly.
• Minimise waste and ensure proper use of ingredients and consumables.
• Uphold excellent customer service standards at all times.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and operational procedures.

Required profile

• Certificate or relevant training in Barista Skills or a related course.
• At least one year of continuous experience in a barista position.
• Strong attention to cleanliness, consistency and presentation.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
