Bilingual Provider Network Manager (French & English) – Senegal

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Provider Network Manager who is fluent in French and English to join our Africa Network Management team. Based in Senegal, you will be responsible for strengthening and expanding relationships with healthcare providers across both Francophone and Anglophone African markets, ensuring high‑quality service delivery for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, manage and deepen relationships with hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, laboratories and physician groups across assigned markets.
• Lead provider onboarding, delivering training and education in both French and English on operational processes, billing, digital tools and service standards.
• Handle provider inquiries, complaints, escalations and payment issues through cross‑functional collaboration, ensuring timely resolution.
• Monitor provider performance, operational KPIs and reimbursement trends to identify risks, opportunities and network optimization initiatives.
• Support network expansion by identifying service gaps and partnering with the Africa Network Management team.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of healthcare market dynamics, regulatory developments and provider landscapes.

Required profile

• Fluent in both French and English.
• Based in Senegal and able to travel within the region.
• Proven experience in healthcare provider relationship management or network operations across African markets.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem‑solving abilities.
