About the role
Lead and supervise a sales team focused on property sales, driving performance and client satisfaction in Nairobi.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily activities of the sales team and monitor performance against targets.
- Coach, mentor and motivate sales executives to improve productivity and close sales.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase property sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports and maintain CRM records.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, Insurance or related field.
- 2 to 5 years experience in real estate sales, with 1 to 3 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with CRM systems.
