About the role
The Public Service Commission, through the State Department for Housing and Urban Development, offers a 12‑month Valuers Internship under the Affordable Housing Programme. The role supports housing development projects and marketing of project sites across Kenya.
Key responsibilities
- Complete duties assigned by supervisors and agreed upon mutually.
- Document skills acquired in deployment areas of the Affordable Housing Programme.
- Participate in mentorship activities and undertake additional programme responsibilities.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in a relevant field from a recognized university.
- Graduated no earlier than 2020.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Not previously benefited from a similar internship programme.

- 12‑month non‑renewable internship.
- Stipend paid at a rate determined by the Government.
