Branch Manager for NGO Programs

About the role

The Branch Manager will lead the implementation of BRAC's community development programs in Kisii, overseeing staff, stakeholder engagement, and operational activities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide supervisory support to all program activities, ensuring planning, rollout, implementation, and tracking align with the operations manual.
• Lead team onboarding, training, and activity planning for program assistants and operations officers.
• Oversee community identification, household surveys, and the set‑up and operation of AIM clubs.
• Manage procurement, budgeting, and cash‑flow to ensure smooth day‑to‑day project activities.
• Ensure timely preparation and submission of MIS, financial, and donor reports.
• Coordinate with technical sector officers to build capacity in livestock, agriculture, education, market development, and social inclusion.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Social Science, Anthropology, Sociology, Community Development, Business Administration, Education or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in the development sector managing integrated programs for extreme‑poor and marginalized communities.

Required skills

• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience with digital reporting or survey platforms such as KoBo, Google Forms, SurveyMonkey, CommCare, or SurveyCTO.
