About the role

4G Capital is hiring a full-time, on-site Branch Manager in Nairobi. The role leads branch operations, supervises staff, drives sales and loan portfolio growth, ensures excellent customer service, monitors loan repayments and keeps the branch compliant with company policies. Key responsibilities

• Deliver branch growth and profitability by meeting disbursement, collection and portfolio performance targets.
• Coach, mentor and motivate branch personnel to build a collaborative, results-oriented workplace.
• Ensure strict adherence to credit policies, affordability checks and fraud prevention measures.
• Educate borrowers, resolve inquiries promptly and build long-term community relationships.
• Manage office administration, ensure regulatory compliance and report insights to Sector Management.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Business, Finance, Banking or a related field.
• Proven leadership track record, ideally as a Team Leader or Branch Manager in financial services, with consistent KPI results and healthy portfolios.
• High integrity, discretion, commercial acumen and commitment to ethical, responsible lending.
• Willingness to relocate anywhere within Kenya.
