About the role
Simplepay is seeking a Business Development Officer to drive growth across its Westlands branch. The role focuses on meeting monthly disbursement, collection and customer acquisition targets while ensuring compliance with operational procedures.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve monthly KPIs: disbursement, collections, new and active customer targets.
- Review open accounts and initiate collection efforts.
- Collect customer payments according to due dates.
- Deliver high‑quality customer service and maintain accurate records.
- Conduct due‑diligence and “know your customer” checks.
- Manage information desk queries and perform routine administrative duties.
- Ensure strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures.
Required profile
- Mid‑level professional with at least 24 months of relevant experience.
- Minimum qualification: Diploma.
- Strong understanding of banking, finance or insurance processes.
