About the role
This VIE position supports the commercial transformation of our East Africa operations. Based in Nairobi, you will work closely with the Cluster Head to strengthen commercial capabilities and align processes for sustainable growth.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct ongoing competitor intelligence to assess strengths, weaknesses, and market dynamics.
- Create and update informational documents on East African markets.
- Evaluate market opportunities and propose segmentation strategies.
- Support the alignment of business development and operations teams.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Economics or a related field.
- Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Fluent in English.
- Interest in market analysis and business development.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
