About the role
The Business Relationship Officer will drive the marketing, promotion and sale of credit solutions in Nakuru. You will recruit customers, conduct loan appraisals and ensure timely repayment while maintaining a high‑quality loan portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Promote and sell micro‑business credit products.
- Recruit new customers and perform thorough loan assessments.
- Monitor loan repayments and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Maintain portfolio quality and achieve strong customer retention.
- Prepare and submit monthly performance reports.
Required profile
- Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, Banking, Co‑operative Management, Entrepreneurship or related field.
- Minimum two years experience in micro‑business or logbook lending.
- Proven sales, marketing and portfolio management experience.
- Strong communication, customer handling and integrity.
Required skills
- Basic computer literacy.
