Business Tutor – Full‑time – Kitengela

About the role

The Business Tutor will join Riccati Business College in Kitengela to deliver both theoretical and practical business education to diploma and certificate students. This full‑time position involves preparing instructional materials, assessing learner performance, and supporting hands‑on projects.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare lesson plans, schemes of work, and teaching resources.
• Deliver theory and practical sessions to diploma and certificate students.
• Assess students through assignments, practicals, tests, and examinations.
• Maintain academic records and progress reports.
• Supervise projects, industrial attachments, and practical activities.
• Participate in curriculum implementation and continuous improvement.
• Ensure safety standards are met in workshops and laboratories.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, HR Management, Procurement, Accounting or a related field.
• Diploma in Technical Education (TVET) is an advantage.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CPS, CIFA, CHRP, or CIM are a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of teaching or training experience in a college or training institution.
• Industry experience in a business‑related field is desirable.
