Centre Manager for Medical Facility

About the role

The Centre Manager will lead the medical centre’s clinical and administrative functions, ensuring excellent patient care and operational efficiency. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Diani, Kenya, and reports to senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily healthcare facility operations and supervise clinical and administrative staff.
• Manage budgets, resources, stock, and equipment to ensure cost‑effective service delivery.
• Monitor patient satisfaction, service quality, and compliance with licensing requirements.
• Prepare operational reports and implement strategies to improve efficiency and revenue.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Nursing or related field (minimum diploma in Clinical Medicine and Surgery).
• At least 5 years of post‑internship experience, including 2 years in a supervisory or management role within a busy healthcare facility.
• Registered and licensed to practice by the Clinical Officers Council or equivalent regulatory body.
• Fluent in English and Swahili.
