Change Manager – Cyber & Digital Transformation

About the role

As a Change Manager for the Cyber/DTx Program, you will lead change management across a portfolio of cyber, digital and technology initiatives, partnering with cyber specialists, project teams and business stakeholders to drive engagement, readiness and adoption, and translate complex technical change into meaningful business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute change strategy, impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communications, training and adoption plans across multiple program streams.
• Partner with cyber architects, project managers and business owners to simplify technical concepts and support practical adoption.
• Monitor change progress, ensure governance compliance and transition deliverables to business-as-usual.
• Support sustained behaviour change and adoption of new cyber capabilities, controls, processes and ways of working.
• Contribute to the evolution of ASIC’s change management framework, tools, artefacts and capability uplift.

Required profile

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Cyber Security, IT, Business Management, Communications or related discipline.
• 5+ years experience leading organisational change in complex cyber security, digital transformation or technology environments.
• Proven experience delivering change on at least one cyber security initiative and across multiple concurrent projects.
• Prosci certification and practical use of the ADKAR model preferred.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing and facilitation skills.

What we offer

• Annual salary $152,075 – $163,970 (depending on experience) plus 15.4% superannuation.
• 24‑month Fixed‑Term Contract.
• Work location in Sydney, Melbourne or Canberra.
