Channel Sales Specialist – Kenya & Ethiopia

About the role

Chisage Energy Storage Solutions is looking for a dynamic Channel Sales Specialist to expand the adoption of its photovoltaic (PV) and energy‑storage solutions across Kenya and Ethiopia. You will be responsible for building strong partnerships with local distributors and accelerating market penetration in a fast‑growing renewable‑energy sector.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers while nurturing existing relationships.
• Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to meet growth targets.
• Organise and participate in industry events to raise brand awareness.
• Conduct meetings, trainings and presentations for business partners.
• Design partnership strategies that increase market penetration.

Required profile

• Proven experience in the photovoltaic or energy‑storage industry.
• Fluent English for business communication.
• University degree, preferably in management, marketing or engineering.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Willingness to travel regularly within Kenya and Ethiopia.
