Chief of Staff to the CEO

About the role

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Chief of Staff (CoS) acts as a strategic partner, integrator, and operational anchor across IDinsight’s global leadership. The CoS ensures the CEO’s time and priorities are focused on the organization’s highest‑impact goals while driving cross‑organizational alignment and execution.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive the organization’s goal‑setting and performance tracking framework (OKR system), establishing, monitoring, and reporting annual goals to the Board.
• Develop quantitative inputs and consultations to monitor and refine IDinsight’s multi‑year impact‑growth strategy.
• Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans and coordinate cross‑functional and regional execution.
• Facilitate senior‑leader meetings on organizational challenges and opportunities.
• Identify, implement, and track system and process improvements in partnership with functional and client‑facing teams.
• Lead or participate in cross‑team working groups and internal projects to achieve strategic objectives.
• Design and manage strategic talent and leadership development initiatives such as rotational programs and onboarding frameworks.
• Draft and manage CEO communications across internal channels (e.g., Slack, email, all‑hands), board materials, and stakeholder updates.
• Prepare executive team for organization‑wide processes, generate data‑driven insights, develop presentations, and track follow‑up actions.

Required profile

• Strategic thinker with experience partnering with senior leadership.
• Strong operational and execution focus across global teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to represent the CEO’s voice.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and cross‑functional initiatives.
• Experience designing talent development and leadership programs.
